Led by Nida Rodrigo, the Toronto AFE group continued to be the most active Canadian AFE group. Several pot lucks and informal get togethers were hosted during the year.
The main Toronto AFE Get Together was the Beatles and Buddy Holly Show: 18 people attended–Jun and Malou Trasporto, Guia Estabillo, Cora Fegi-Tiu, Paz Ravadilla, Linda Trabulsi, Eden Santiago, Nida Rodrigo-Jugo; Jennie Amigleo, Lea Gojo, Bernadette Sta. Maria, Mike Trabulsi, Dean Santiago; Ed Ravadilla, Joseph and Sara Rodrigo-Jugo, Boy Amigleo.
